so you want to be sure that the installation is guaranteed to last.
When your replacement PVC-U doors are installed they are automatically covered by
an insurance-backed guarantee. Not only does this give you peace of mind, but it

The majority of installers will offer some sort of guarantee. But if that installer
ceases trading, the customer may be left with no cover at all. With a Swish installation,
in the unlikely circumstances that a manufacturing or installation fault becomes
apparent and your installer has ceased to trade, your insurance-backed guarantee
will come into play. This ensures that remedial work is carried out quickly and
effectively, and offering continued protection for up to 10 years after installation.
The Swish insurance-backed guarantee is underwritten by a UK-based insurance company,
and is regulated by the Financial Services Authority, offering additional protection
should it be required.
Independently checked and inspected
But we hope that you'll never need to use your guarantee. That's why we make sure
that all our authorised installers are independently checked –through on-site inspections,
through their trading record and through their financial status.
Every installer signs up to the Swish Code of Practice, which guarantees good health
and safety practices and high standards of customer care. On top of this, all installers
agree to ongoing independent inspections of the quality of their installations.
In addition, we make sure that all installers are financially sound and install
PVC-U windows
to a high standard in line with all current legislation.
