Swish Authorised Installers Scheme

For some double glazing companies the hard sell is everything. At Swish we take a different approach and require our natiowide network of Swish Authorised Installers to do the same. To become a member of our professional network of PVC-U Window, Door and Conservatory installers we require companies to demonstrate they are committed to offering you high quality products and excellent customer service.

By hand picking our installers and ensuring that they comply with the Swish Code of Practice we ensure that wherever you are in the UK you can always find the same high quality products, excellent service and peace of mind from any of our Authorised Installers.

• We undertake regular checks on PVC-U Windows, Door and Conservatory installations to ensure they come up to standards.
• Authorised Installers are assessed every 12 months for their suitability.
• Only Authorised Installers may use the Swish Trademark.
• All Swish Installers must offer an insurance backed guarantee in compliance with our guarantee recommendations.
• Membership of FENSA, or an equivalent professional body, is a requirement of membership to the Swish Authorised Installers Scheme.
• All individuals carrying out direct selling of Swish products must be trained, able to provide adequate information and follow the Swish Code of Practice.
• A Swish Authorised Installer must provide you with a clear contract that defines the job, payment schedule and terms.
• Installations must be carried out in accordance with BS8213-4:2007.
