We do this by hand picking our Installers and demanding that they comply with the Swish Code of Practice.

We undertake regular checks on installations to ensure they come up to standards
Authorised Installers are assessed every 12 months for their suitability
Only Authorised Installers may use the Swish trademark
All Authorised Installers must complete a survey checklist document to make sure they have recommended the best solution to you
All Swish Installers must provide a written guarantee in compliance with our recommendations
Our Code of Practice demands that all old products must be disposed of properly
All glazing must comply with BSI regulations
All individuals carrying out direct selling of Swish products must be trained, must be able to provide adequate information and must follow the Swish code of practice
You must be allowed a 14 day cooling off period after a Swish salesman calls
You will have a clear contract that defines the job, payment and terms
Installations must be carried out in line with BS8213-4:2007
